I’ve had a disappointing experience with this restaurant. Every time I place an order, it takes more than an hour for my food to arrive, despite the fact that I live only five minutes away. Whenever I call to inquire about my order, I receive the same answer: they are extremely busy. I’ve made up my mind that today’s order will be my last.

Jimmy John's is always a great place to go, and their sandwiches are consistently tasty.

I received the wrong sandwich entirely. I ordered and paid for a club sandwich, but instead, I got a turkey and mustard on plain bread, without any toppings—no lettuce or anything else. For $10, this is unacceptable. I won't be ordering from this location again.

I recently visited this restaurant twice, and unfortunately, both times my sandwich had to be remade three times. The person taking my order had difficulty understanding my request for a sandwich without many of the usual ingredients. She even took the time to explain what typically goes on it, but I was already aware; I simply didn't want those items. As a result of this miscommunication, my sandwich was incorrectly prepared each time. I spoke with the manager, who seemed rather unfriendly, so I wouldn’t recommend bringing up any issues with her. It’s evident that a lot of food is wasted due to unclear order instructions. My experience with the manager left a negative impression, and I don’t plan to return in the future.

The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. The subs are consistently made to a high standard. The team at this location is outstanding!
