Very poor customer service.. this cashier!! Stay away from this place. I was not asking for perfection. This cashier was very incompetent and rude.. And sadly she is training the youth to be as disrespectful as her!! People have no respect no more!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE!!
This place gets busy and packed in the evenings. Best to try to order before dinner (12 pm ish to 3 pm ish) hours. Sometimes the orders get so backed up that it gets a bit frustrating ? but I understand that shortage in staffing and inventory. Little Ceasars needs to step up their game. Their prices have gone up and your pretty much paying for the same price as that of Pizza Hut ? and Domino's ?! Their T mobile Tuesdays deals are good for game nights or just quick bite with the family or friends but quality has been a bit of a dip. They say they add more pepperoni but it looks the same to me.
March 29, 2022 We walked in and ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza. It was busy, at least 15 people were in and out while we waited but we didn?t mind the wait. Once we got home we were very disappointed. There was minimal sauce and cheese on both pizzas. The center of the pizzas had open spots of baked bubbled dough and the crust was 2 inches deep. I know it?s a low cost pizza and we should manage expectations but this was extreme. I hate when companies skimp on toppings because they?re trying to save money, lack procedures for their employees to follow on quantities, or employees rushing to get orders out the door. I would have happily waited longer for a pizza that resembled a pizza rather than baked bread with spots of cheese and sauce.
Most recently got a Little Caesars lunch combo from them on Veterans Day. Little Caesars is a cheap and easy way for dinner and they are quite punctual when making orders. I hate the location though. It's painful to park and impossible to not hold up traffic if attempting to leave from the north entrance on Hook Dr.
