My boyfriend and I dropped by Texas Bebe's Quesobirria after spending a night at Six Flags. It was cold and rainy, and we were craving something warm. I checked Yelp and was impressed by the glowing reviews, so we decided to give it a try—and we are so glad we did! I ordered the Quesobirria tacos, and I can’t stop thinking about them. They were absolutely perfect! From the very first bite, it was clear they were the best tacos I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I were left speechless after just a few bites. Writing this review feels torturous because I want to return, but I live about an hour away in the city. Even before we finished our meal, we were already making a list of friends we wanted to bring with us next time. I was genuinely upset when I got too full! We chatted with the staff, and everyone was friendly and excited that it was our first visit. I learned from our waitress that they opened in the middle of 2020, and for a restaurant to launch during that time and be successful enough to expand is a testament to the fantastic food and service they provide. On top of that, it’s a family-owned establishment. The drinks were fantastic, and the sauces were fresh. The decor beautifully reflects their Texan heritage. We had a great time at Six Flags, but discovering this restaurant was the highlight of our night!

The food and customer service were both outstanding, receiving a perfect 10/10. Everything was incredibly delicious, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend this place!
