At the entrance, blue crane is called "simple gas house." simply at best the device and the spatialities. it's not eating. the card is not particularly extensive, for that the dishes are all the better. all the dishes are of the quality as one could expect them in a bonfire - only that this is none. the prices are very moderate. a point to be rejected for the fact that smoker area and non-smoking area are not optimally separated or the non-smoking area is badly ventilated. Unfortunately, it is not so cozy, but that makes the good eating again.
From the outside inconspicuous and easy to overlook, inside then simple, modern but cosy furnishings and with quiet, beautiful guest garden. On the map (clearly kept) is almost exclusively home cooking, prepared with local products. the meat comes from the volcanic country. all of the table were satisfied, especially the black-and-white was excellent, you rarely get such a good.Gerne again.
I saw in a review that the Goulasch was recommended, so I decided to give it a try for dinner. That was a total hit. I can say it's one of the best I have had in Graz. The staff was very friendly. They didn't speak English, but luckily for me, there was another person willing to translate everything. As a con of this place, it doesn't offer a free smoke area, so for those sensitive to the air quality, that can be a problem. However, when I went there it wasn't terribly smoky, so it was OK for me. Another con could be the lack of dishes. Apart from the Goulasch, the Schnitzel and the Cordon Bleu, there is not so much to choose from.
I'm not easy to surprise...today it happened. in graz in the restaurant/pub "Blue Crow"............diegene facility, the chef personally serves with charm and sweat. Already in the entrance area you can see on chalkboards the "specials of the day", the map surprised by quality, also there are some interesting things that are discussed by the personal conversation, such as homemade organic innlets paste. expected I finished pizza and burger, surprised me the quality of the offer. about the Johann-Freiland pork. overhanging then also the taste about the vulcanland carving nature with pots/speck/herbal fill (baked) the sweet freshly swung (no deep-cooling but fresh zucchini, paprika etc.) .as said WOW!Netter service and (same) a good-yellow cook that have fun at work, that you see and taste.
