Finally we were there and the only negative app was the one who realized that we should have been going to eat there much more.My friend has found nothing on the map due to various food intolerances and was therefore a bit bad. when the waiter came and wanted to pick up the order he quickly advised the cook (probably the restaurant operator) and this conjured an excellent menu for them and also my "primitive" order of kasnocken he refined with a smoked cheese and made a man-made from it. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating.In the end the best:For 2 suppen, 2 main dishes, 1 glass wein and 2 large limonaden we just paid 33 €. and for freshly cooked diners at a very high culinary level.It was certainly not our last visit.
As an appetizer I had a beard soup with liver/meat knöderl. the suppe was good, the insert panned and fried. because the insert was apparently frozen, the core remained cold. as the main course a paprikahuhn with homemade latency/nockerln? the shape was wide, elongated but good in consistency and taste. in butter but the chicken and paprikasauce soou boring. the sauce is only watery, no spicy, salt or a little garlic or wobble. That's exactly what it is. as dessert: chocolate in glass. ask for the service what that is exactly? "I don't know myself, that is new" has not been asked. because I was curious, I ordered it anyway. in 2 layers biscuit bone with mousse o chocolat from the dressing bag. the dark brown sausages looked a little strange, taste was good.
Beautiful that the house greiner has opened its doors again. house with extremely good kitchen.
Walter narrow takes a time off and closes the tore or the kitchen - unfortunately you have to say because its kitchen was really traditional and bonfired!
The food through domestic cuisine is excellent, also the ambiente as the original real host house reflects the steiermark. while a bit on the outskirts of the city is worth it
