Fuel Coffee Shop - Great Barrington

This place is a true gem! It's open and spacious, making it very child-friendly, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. I was thrilled to find vegan and gluten-free choices on the menu! I had the Tofu Scramble, which was served with avocado toast and a fresh veggie garnish. It was one of the most delicious and innovative breakfasts I've had in years! We will definitely be returning!

Had dinner last night after the movies. It was excellent!! Burger was perfect cooking and my friends couscous was amazing! Our server Bella was on the spot!! Good work fuel!!!

I didn't eat at fuel, except for baked goods they're great. But I am completely addicted to Lavendel Latte!!!!!
