Get Shucked - GREAT BAY

I have tried more naturally flavorful oysters at Freycinet Marine Farm, but this restaurant has the most innovative oyster menu I've ever seen. The Asian Fusion oysters were a standout. They were fresh and even my partner, who isn't a fan of oysters, enjoyed them. I would definitely recommend this place and would return if I find myself on Bruny Island again. The ambiance is relaxed with a partially open-air feel and nice views, although it can get crowded at times.

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The oysters here are incredibly fresh and plump, some of the best you can find anywhere. We decided to start with a mixed dozen and all three styles were delicious!

We visited this restaurant on a weekend and absolutely enjoyed the Asian panko-style oysters! The sauce and noodles paired beautifully with the oysters, creating a delightful combination.

Come here for the freshest oysters. Plump, fresh and so creamy.<br/ <br/ The kilpatrick has a nice taste. Asian fusion -Well crumbed and rested on a bed of vermacelli and sliced veggies.
