Arby's - Great Falls

After a mishap with my order, not only did they remake my order, but the cook came out and apologized to me personally. That really made an impression.... I rarely see this kind of integrity in a fast food restaurant.

Little disappointed that they don't carry ham any more. They were also out of Coke and Arby's Sauce. The food was good though. Friendly service.

Went through the drive thru today with my daughter and had the best customer service. The gentleman at the window was very friendly and engaging and made our day with his humor. The food was great also.

Die Hard Arby fan here , So way back from when the oven might was actually a hat or so I believed then was a know to the 'BIG MONTANA '. Whatever the cause though I find Arby 's to be the most satisfying fast food , yet slowly roasted chain out there.

Stopped today for a treat for our German Shepard?s. They love Arby?s. The order was almost perfect. One sandwich beef and cheddar was wrong. Took it back in to get a corrected one. They fixed it up and told me to take the beef and cheddar that wasmade up wrong. The other problem no horse radish sauce.
