Charcoal Kabob - Great Falls

We absolutely love Charcoal and have been ordering from them for years! Food: 5 stars, Service: 5 stars, Atmosphere: 5 stars.

A bit pricy recently. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Quite bad despite the good reviews. We ordered beef and chicken chapli and both were so dry. We also ordered the chicken butter masala, which is maybe supposed to be like butter chicken, but it is NOT butter chicken. The sauce had the consistency/texture of whipped cream. Usually my children devour butter chicken. They barely touched it. And to make matters worse, there wasn't just 1 hair in my food, there was 2 one in the rice, and one in the bread. : Sorry to leave a review like this. We took a chance based on the 4+ rating, so obviously other people love the food there.

I visited today with a friend and encountered a very rude employee. I wouldn't recommend going back again. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
