Starbucks - Great Falls

It had everything you would expect Starbucks to have. The extras were two clean toilets, and a garden view next to the cafe.

Spacious store where the staff is consistently on point. Have ordered via mobile app here probably 50 times, and have never had a problem. Orders are consistently ready earlier than expected. Probably the most comfortable Starbucks store i've been to this close to DC.

Massive store that is comfortably spacious. There is an outdoor area on the side that people congregate at when the weather is nice as well between Starbucks and CVS. There are tables and benches with shade depending on the time of day. Drinks have always been made accurately and promptly but I do not tend to visit during peak hours. The store tends to have many people comfortably spread out working on laptops, and decked out in collegiate apparel doing group study type activities.

Mona is the best, very friendly, and always makes my drinks to perfection. Everyone always provides excellent customer service to me every time I visit.

They have some of the best coffee and breakfast items. They also have free Wi-Fi
