Applebee's Grill

Ordered through Uber eats didn’t receive all of my food. Manger was rude. Food was overcooked and portions were smaller than usual.

Lengthy wait for just a salad! Everyone else was eating. Bills were mixed up. Not my favorite place.

Today was horrible. We went around 3, it was dead, maybe about 4 customers. It took 5min and 2 different servers passing by to get us seated. I’m still not sure who our server was. The bartender gave us our drinks then dispersed…. we had to ask someone to take our order, that took forever to get and when i did get my food it was incorrect. She took it back and after another 30min i just asked for the check. she didn’t apologize, give a discount or anything. Plus that restaurant is disgusting. Their window are are filthy, even the front door. I will not be eating at this place anymore. And it’s funny because the people around me were getting excellent service and i couldn’t get my waiters attention for nothing. Very disappointing

I wish 0 stars was an option ? We had the worst experience last night. So much that we walked out after 45 minutes of waiting for our appetizers to arrive at our table. I literally watch our waitress walk past my son’s empty glass 5 times without even a glance. I even had him move it to the edge of the table so that she would see it. We finally just left. HORRIBLE SERVICE?Went to Olive Garden and had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!

We were only 1 of 5 total tables in the restaurant around 2:30. The service was extremely slow, and food was subpar for spending over $40. The chicken Mac n cheese pasta was over cooked to the point it was falling apart and mushy for my wife and I. While eating, staff members near the to go area were just complaining about management and other workers to customers waiting for their food. Overall, not a great experience and will not be back.
