The Mac and cheese definitely was a couple of days old and it has been reheated a few times. Their bathroom only looks like they mop the floor but never clean anything else.

Most trash location ever. Lines are 20 mins long at minimum and they screw your order up all the time and have the worst customer service

3 times in a row I’ve had issues here. The first time they gave me a sandwich that was supposed to be spicy, but was in a regular bag. They said they had run out of spicy bags but that the sandwich was spicy. It wasn’t. The next time, it was maybe 15 minutes from closing and they were only accepting cash and only had chicken in bone. The last time was about an hour before closing where I had an online order for in store pickup. The dining room was already closed (the hours on the door says it should be open! and after going through the drive thru it turned out they couldn’t/wouldn’t fulfill our order unless we wanted chicken with bone. So if you want their chicken with bone, you don’t mind drive thru, and you carry cash, then this place is OK. But it seems to me that management is letting the employees prep for closing really early, which begs the question why they bother staying open past 8-830 if they can’t fulfill orders.

The food took forever and not a word was spoken to me. But this was the first time in years this location got my order correct, hot, filled to the brim, and with extras. Keep it up ?

Service was terrible. They keep hiring people that have zero customer service skills and they treat customers disrespectfully when they’re ordering making them wait long periods of time even when there is no line. There’s all this waiting but when you get your food it’s mostly stale and old. I can’t over exaggerate enough how disrespectful, disgusting and unprofessional this establishment is.
