Chipotle Mexican Grill

The place was dirty, not one clean table available and the place was pretty much empty.The rice was SO clumpy it seemed like sticky rice.Edit: they also had two batches of chips made and they didn’t even have any plastic wrap over them, I wish I got a picture of that. I feel bad for whoever eats chips with a side of dust.

It’s unfortunate that Bedford is stuck with such a dismal branch of Chipotle. This location is always struggling with poorly trained staff and terrible management.

Don’t order online, you will have to wait forever to get your food :/Also, the food isn’t really fresh and they don’t have enough staff!Their service is horrible!!!!

The last FIVE times I have ordered from my local chipotle they have been out of chips….before five pm…. I am about to place a DoorDash order and don’t care to waste my money on you guys if you don’t have chips. I called the local number SIX times and only got prompted to an automated message nothing that would transfer me to their staff to simply ask “do you have chips” I then called your corporate number twice and proceeded to get hung up on. I FINALLY got to the actual restaurant number after saying “complaint with existing order” and no one answers. I was prepared to spend a descent dollar amount on chipotle tonight for multiple people but we will be taking our business else where. I have ordered from chipotle numerous times and have NEVER had an issue with the one like I’ve had in Bedford. It is completely unacceptable. If your stores aren’t going to have reasonable items available to customers, the. You at least need to have easily available communication.
