Aji Ramen (katy) - Great Wood

The atmosphere and service here has always been wonderful. I came here for the first time in 2019, then rediscovered the place around a year ago and I’ve visited so many times since. I’ve brought friends and family, and everyone has loved it. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, and they’re very accommodating to dietary restrictions. There was a server here named Mursal, she was always a gem to have as a server because of the way she was able to break the ice and make the atmosphere comfortable, but also knew my order by heart over time and was attentive to my guest’s needs. Her mindfulness expands beyond just her though, as the manager Jackie is also just as welcoming and mindful.

The chicken karaage was super good and the salmon in the salmon don bowl was surprisingly well cooked with a great crust and delicious teriyaki style glaze

It is a really nice ramen restaurant. The Tonkotsu Ramen and Takoyaki were especially delicious. It tastes very similar to the ramen I tried in Japan, and the restaurant is very clean. The server was very kind, making it a pleasant dining experience.

The food is so fresh, and the service is on point. It is a little hidden, but definitely stop in if you want to try something new!

Great service usually, and the chef here is amazing!but this one time I got basically ignored by the guy server around night for around 20 Min when we were ready then our drinks were forgotten and needed to be reminded once again. Not a good experience, idk if the guy is new, but it made the experience feel like we weren't welcome
