And when I reached their Route Manager, he told me they don't need our business and then hung up on me before I could ask questions. For a company that's been around for 100 years or so, they sure don't understand customer service.
Great coffee and wonderful service. Line was out the door when we arrived but it moved quickly. Both the barista and the cashier greeted us with a smile and we loved that the cashier sent us off with a 'Rad ' considering we are from Southern California.
This is a great coffee shop! The staff are friendly and the coffee is great. The only thing is that the location is a little weird.
Very bad for 18 wheeler delivery
