Metropole - Great Yarmouth

My fiancée and I decided to try this, as in the outside it looks good. once inside it smells like an old folk house, the decor was dating. the place was empty and we should have gone at this point. we have ordered fish and chips and two lagers. the over came into a dose and the fish and chips were terrible. skin and bone in it and chips that saw as if they were reheated. we paid a left. the waitress wanted cash when I asked if we could use cards. a few more paid on the map. not here! I'm sure environmental health would like to go.

This place visited twice during our break. lovely restaurant in the possession of a very beautiful dame from Cyprus. the waitress is really extraordinary beautiful. the worth is absolutely fantastic and the portions are really great and is served, pissing hot. Yeah, it's a little restaurant, but. it is super running and because its so good it sometimes busy. recommend this

If you want warmed up microwave meals and service with a negative attitude then this is your place!! Whilst dining the staff removed the child menu as they didn 't want anymore child in their restaurant and actually turned away families as they were fully booked ...even though there was a number of empty tables. My dessert was served with a hair in it as an added extra!! The service provided was unprofessional and absolutely shocking. I would highly not recommend going!! Unable to put zero stars!!

Visited with family and had a lovely meal. I had the moussaka which was good but didn’t appear to be homemade. Service was very quick and friendly.

Homemade chips and delicious cod. Wonderful customer service. Good location. Interesting price and good variety on the menu.
