Sitting in the Gorleston branch today, the area manager gave me a free meal, as parts of previous meal were no longer there. it was said that I couldn't use it because ha dot go to subway I'm going past meal, although I can't see. why she couldn't take it, but fair enough, but they had to be so rude, good people don't cost nothing.

I usually have a sub in airports as they are very good for money. the in gorleston is however very thorough and the staff has a not mind keeping the hot chocolate I had was no longer like a chocolate milkshake. it won't take anymore.

Me and my college had a hour break so we come in at 7pm a hour before closing and they was already for closing, they had turned off the meatball machine already! Which was what I wanted I was extremely disappointed and angry I ended...up having a cheese toastie as that's all they could offer us as they had turned off and put a lot of stuff away and we sat in to eat as there was still a hour left tell closing and all the two memebers of staff did why we ate was give us evils Would not eat here again.
