Uk Express - Great Yarmouth

Do not order from UK EXPRESS a cold kebab was delivered when i rang up and said I wasn’t happy because it was cold his relpy was “I DON’T CARE” i said so you don’t care he replied no so my partner took the phone and went to say something and they hung up on him. they are The most disrespectful people they should be shut down.

Food was quick. Was hot and tastes nice. 20 quid for 4 burgers and chips was a bargain compared to the rip off food in the holiday park. Shame we got the menu at the end of our stay instead of earlier. Oh well.

They service is poor due they poor understanding of English they do not know how to serve custumers and do not know how to tack orders and when they do not understand custumers talking English they rud and put down the Phone in your face..... and if you try to teach them to follow the numbers in the pro leaflet of Uk express they rud and put the Phone down on you JUST FOLLOW THE NUMBERS in the PRO LEAFLET No one is naive not to know how to read a PRO leaflet THAT IS WHY IT IS CALLED A PROleaftet of UK EXPRESS!? I do not recommed Uk express if you order by Phone.

Biggest chicken leg I’ve ever seen. 99% sure it’s was human remains. Dry bones is the word that comes to mind.

Really bad sevice . Order food online and disint get it . Called the office and thay start shouting that thay been delivered ....no food and no money back...
