Shahi Tadka indian Restaurant & Functions

We followed on a good review in The Age. Food was terrific. Place is a bit short of ambience though, no decoration. Friendly owner though. They don't have a liquor license yet but it should be soon

We were in a hurry so we dropped in for a take away to have at a picnic table on the way to Phillip Island

Been to Shahi Tadka couple of times since it opened , have always had a wonderful dining experience. Large variety on the menu and all meals have a distinct taste, unlike most indian restaurants that just have the same curry masala for all curries.

Back 3 years later - just as small and busy as ever (so book ahead), but also same super excellent service staff and lovely delicious dishes.
