Mcdonald's - Greater Landover

No one was at the counter to take orders. You were forced to use computers to order. Once I finished my order, the terminal was out of paper. I brought it to someone's attention, and he then told someone else. He looked like they didn't understand, turned went back to what they were doing before. This same person brought me my meal. I reiterated that the terminal was out of paper, and I didn't get a receipt. He went looked at the machine but put any in the machine. Now mind you, the restaurant was not busy busy

Big and quick service in the drive thru and a happy meal was only$ 3.86

Went through the drive through to order a surf and turf meal by the time I got home I realized I was given a fish sandwich and double cheese burger is this a make your own Hack menu order

Manager for Thursday night January 13 at 1015 pm my husband was refused service and told to move out the way for next customer and then she wouldn’t even give her name or fix the situation I’ll make sure this McDonald is contacted by cooperative I should call my lawyer right now to see if we can have a pop to see how clean it is see how customer service is compared to the rest of the McDonald’s it’s really sad someone could be homeless and was given 10$ and all they wanna do is walk through the drive through area to get something to eat ? this lady just blocked her blessing

Terrible customer service! Denied my 60+ y/o mother entrance to use their restroom after we’ve just said we couldn’t find any other location and were not from this area at all.
