Mcdonald's - Greater Sudbury

I have never experienced this before. There was a lady who was extremely rude, stating that we couldn't sit there until we placed an order. However, it had been less than 15 seconds since we placed our order, and we informed her that we had already done so and were waiting for it. She rudely mentioned that she couldn't see our order on her monitor. We showed her our order. The entire seating area was empty. She appeared to be limping; I am unsure if she is a supervisor. If she is, she may be the worst manager or employee you could encounter.

I have an accent and because they couldn't understand me they hung up on me before I could even ask something ?? I rate it zero stars very unkind

I got Uber eats and I asked for sweet and sour sauce didn’t get that, they didn’t bother packaging my coffee or muffin and I got a large fry and they filled it as if it was a medium…

Wait was long, burger was cold, coffee was weak (also they don’t serve espresso). Staff were friendly enough but clearly didn’t care about pace or quality
