A good place to grab a quick bite to eat.Kid-friendliness: The staff listened to what my daughter was saying, instead of ignoring her and speaking with me. That was appreciated, she is only 4.

This is the 3rd time I give this store a try after a bad sub, and constitantly they fail my already dismal expectations. Missing ingredients because the workers don't have a basic proficiency with English, not enough veggies, then downed in sauce so much it leaked out of the double wrapping and into the bag. Nearly inedible. In the new sudbury food court, don't order from Subway, eat at A&W or Thai Express, or even Taco Bell. If Taco Bell out performs you in quality, you definitely have a problem.

Subway worker was informed twice about pepper allergy, my girlfriend is deathly allergic and currently pregnant. I asked her to change her gloves because the one guy infront of us ordered a sub with green peppers, she decides to only change 1 glove! ? as if I had to tell her to change both gloves, they don't care about the safety of their customers.

Had no bread. How does a subway…whose only food is sandwiches….run out of bread!!!! Left and ordered something else.
