Today, while rushing my child from class to school, I accidentally grabbed an expired coupon from home. When I went to pay for two slices of pizza and chose not to leave a tip (opting to pay in cash instead), the manager seemed upset about the expired coupon and made a comment insinuating that I was being rude by not tipping. The coupon was from November 2020, which is only four months old, but he acted as if it was ancient. I mentioned that I had other coupons in my car that were valid until December 2021, but he declined and simply wanted to make a point. I was prepared to leave a tip in cash, but after this encounter, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. There are three other businesses on the way to this pizza place that offer similar items, and I am done with the poor service and rudeness displayed here.

Got two slices last night. Both were burnt on the bottom. Not the first time this has happened. All done with this place.....

We order from this location pretty often since we live right around the corner. The pizza is pretty good, but I always order the wings extra crispy because often times they're under cooked. Even then, the wings are still sometimes completely soggy. The employees are always quick and cheerful behind the counter when I pick up!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and will not be returning. The service in taking my order was poor, as the order taker couldn't repeat back the order accurately and I had to repeat myself multiple times. When the order arrived, it was not what I had requested - the boneless wings were overcooked and dry, and the pizza was not correct. The manager was rude and made excuses for the poor food quality. Despite having the food remade, it still came out wrong. I spent $46 on a large pizza and boneless wings, which was not worth it at all. The staff did not pay attention to the order and the portions were underwhelming. I was very disappointed and will not be coming back to this location in Greece/Long Pond. The pizza delivery driver even asked for the food back to correct their mistake for next time, but I will not be giving them another chance. They need to improve their service and quality control.

Came here because of their coupons. We had the Huge slices and yes they were very BIG. We enjoyed them. They were nice and warm and very tasty. It was easy to order and they had them ready as requested. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is ample parking.
