Fast polite service, waitress was amazing, heard i was on a time limit and got my Granddaughters and I in a timely manner. Thanks Red Robin, food also was great!

It was pretty good and the girl serving me was pleasant, but it took them a while to get to serve me and I came in pretty late after signing CDs and meeting with my fans in the Rochester area. Then it was time to close and I still needed a few minutes to get my dinner ready to go. One of the staff guys was looking at me from a distance as if I'm staying too late. That was very rude since they took too long to serve me and it wasn't crowded at all, not to mention that a world famous violinist just stopped at your location.Overall it was good thought.

Had a good meal but after taking my daughter to the bathroom I returned to my waitress clearing my half ate meal and new shake along with the other 2 tables plates on my food. All I get is sorry did you want a soda for your daughter to go

Went there once and not coming back. Service is slow, food is bad. I had bottomless broccoli, and when I was about to leave, they suddenly come and ask if I need a refill.They should have asked while I was eating and not when I'm about to leave.Then when they brought the second serving, the broccoli is not fully cooked as if there were rushing it.Tasted hard and half way cooked. Worst service.
