Cheba Hut Toasted Subs - Greeley

I've been a huge fan of Cheba for years, and I'm thrilled about their new location—it's super convenient! I really enjoy the wide variety of subs, and I like to change things up by ordering salads every once in a while. The staff is friendly and always ready to offer helpful recommendations. The bar area is cozy if you want to relax while you eat. I can't wait for my next visit!

I discovered this restaurant while looking for sub sandwiches online and decided to try it out based on the reviews. First of all, the atmosphere is fantastic. Even though I don't smoke weed, I really enjoyed the laid-back vibe of the place. I ordered two 8-inch subs: the Jamaican Red and the Midwest Best. Both were amazing and bursting with flavor, and the garlic bread gets a perfect 10 from me. I will definitely come back for drinks and dinner another time, especially since they have a full bar and weekly specials.

The sandwiches here are absolutely delicious, but there’s room for improvement when it comes to service. Sometimes my order gets mixed up, but they’re generally happy to fix it. The tables often need a good wipe down, and you might want to bring a jacket because the fans are very powerful. It’s nice that they stay open late, making it perfect for a healthy late-night meal. You can pile on as many veggies as you like in your sandwich. Overall, while the food is great, the customer service could definitely use some enhancement.

I enjoyed the meatball sandwich on garlic bread so much that I ordered it twice. It was truly fantastic! However, I would have liked a side of marinara, as some parts of the sandwich felt a bit dry. The atmosphere is vibrant and fun, but I found that the noise level can get quite high when the place is busy, making it hard to hear. There is a small covered area by the bar that helps with the acoustics, but I believe having a proper ceiling would be a better long-term solution. I can't think of any other establishments that forgo a ceiling, as it could deter many customers. On a brighter note, the staff was exceptional, and I have no complaints in that regard—just a reminder to leave a tip!

This may be one of the best sandwiches I've ever tasted! If you're a fan of ham and pineapple pizza, you'll adore this sub—it's essentially that in sandwich form. I highly recommend it! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A big shout-out to them!
