I chose to sit at a table for 20 since it was available, but the waiter informed me that she couldn't allow me to stay there because it was meant for another party who hadn't yet arrived. She explained that if I occupied the table, the waiter wouldn't be able to earn tips from that group. How is that fair? I was a paying customer! I do not recommend this place and I won't be returning.
I received a message that my dessert for my birthday would be free, so I decided to go to the restaurant. I was informed that free chips and salsa were available for reward members, but I ended up having to pay for them. I also paid for a substitution since it wasn't offered on the menu. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive my free dessert because my rewards weren’t showing up. When I tried to log into the rewards system on my phone, I encountered an error message. The payment terminal also had issues with my order. I asked the server for assistance, but they told me they didn’t have any rewards available and didn’t offer any help. It seems like they don’t value my business. Overall, the food was decent, but the service was lacking, and the rewards system is frustrating.
They only had one section open due to issues with staff and equipment, so we had to wait around 10 minutes to be seated. Other than that, the experience was good; the food was tasty. Our server did a great job, even with the limited staff.
The monte crew is back in chilis! during our visit today it took approx. 4 minutes to take place and there were no one at the front end of the restaurant to welcome us. the server has set us. the restaurant was decently clean. after ordering the drinks were super fast. blue lagoon drinks for the children and they loved it. the drinks literally took 3 minutes to arrive. appetizer lasted 4 minutes we had our food ready within 15 minutes of ordering! I didn't even finish my salad. my drink was a blue agave margarita, a little sweet but tasty. after eating, although the sweet was too much for me, I asked them to be removed. blah! there were no silverware and we asked for him a few times. also no serviettes. the condition of the bathroom was not pleasant. I heard server talking about reviews while I went to the tables. very unprofessional. if assessments have top priority, cleanliness and attention should be given to the customer priority. no reviews! the server was friendly and very patient with my children who is a great victor in my book. all in all, I would rate this visit to chili as 6 out of 10.
So I ordered a New Salad and when they brought it out it was disgusting nothing was fresh I did tell the girl that brought it out and she never came back ,I had to get out my seat and find someone, then they WOULD NOT make it right .
