The food was pretty good. The steak was flavorful. However the wait time to get 2 burritos and 10 tacos was 40 minutes. Way too long!! The broth that you dunk your tacos into needs some work. It was pretty bland. I'd go again but I'm going to search for other taco trucks to see if the food and experience is better.

THE BEST QUESABIRRIA!!! My favorite spot in Greeley and the best Mexican food I’ve ever had, I go at least once a week! Get the Quesabirria (especially as a quesadilla) with Consomè and take a ride to a flavor fiesta!

Pretty long wait for 3 tacos but they seemed busy with on line orders. Tacos were good. Salsa was too spicy for me but had great flavor.
