Contribuisci feedbackI ordered takeout for dinner at work, and I asked for extra dressing for my salad. When I sat down to eat, I discovered there was no dressing at all. I called to let them know, but all I got was, "I'll talk to someone about it." That’s not helpful—I'm left with a dry salad and no solutions. Their customer service was disappointing. Thank you for making me reconsider spending my money at your place. Even McDonald's has better customer service than this!
The restaurant is clean, quick, and has a friendly atmosphere. Panera usually lives up to expectations, and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
I found the restaurant to be quite disorganized during my visit. I ordered a selection 2, which included a soup and a half grilled cheese sandwich. Unfortunately, it took 25 minutes for my food to arrive. Even though there were many diners waiting for their meals, the staff appeared to be idle and unproductive. When my food finally arrived, the soup was hot but the grilled cheese sandwich was cold. I would have raised my concerns, but I couldn't find anyone responsible to speak to. I have been a loyal Panora customer for years and have always had positive experiences, so I hope this was just an off night.
The team members in the load are amazing! tracy has not only treated a lack of supplies and food, but also helped me if my delivery order did not arrive. I was so impressed by the way she was, but also how she went over and above, while also with dinner rush and not enough camp. casey winchester
High quality fresh made food. Really enjoy their bread. They have kid options like Mac n Cheese. They offer vegetarian options. Wheel chair accessible. Always friendly staff. Not long wait time for dine in.
