Qdoba Mexican Grill - Greeley

The food quality at this restaurant was subpar. The portions were small, and I had to request fresher lettuce and a different tortilla because mine was stale. Unfortunately, even the replacement items were not much better. I will not be returning to this location, and I am hesitant to visit any other Qdoba restaurants in the future due to the poor quality control and cleanliness.

I've been coming in at least twice a week for years. Tonight I left without my food as I was told I'd have to leave my bike outside unattended because at 830 they had closed the lobby for dining in. The young woman at the front was very rude about this. It has literally never ever been an issue before I've even spoken to the General Manager about bringing my bike in as this area is prone to theft. The employee's name was Liberty. I come here almost every single day and have never had an issue before.. and I've also never seen them close the lobby 2 and a half hours early. I was very very disappointed.

The service at this restaurant was poor and the food was not great. I have frequented this establishment since it opened several years ago. When I arrived around 6:45, the restaurant was empty. I was greeted by a young woman with a unfriendly demeanor who told me to wait a minute. When she returned to the counter, she bluntly asked me what I wanted. The service did not improve with the other two women working there. The only person who showed good customer service skills was the young woman working the grill, but she was not allowed to interact with customers. Overall, it was a disappointing experience in many aspects.

This was my first time trying Qdoba, and the location I visited was not very presentable. The staff member preparing my burrito seemed rushed as they quickly added the meats and beans before I had a chance to see all the available ingredients. When I reached the spices, I quickly chose one but wanted to ask for another, but the staff member hurriedly moved on to the condiments. As they wrapped up my burrito, I noticed that the cooking area was messy with used gloves on the floor and bits of food scattered around the stoves. I will not be returning to this location and am concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen potentially leading to food poisoning.

Wanted a garnel salad with black, garnel and fajita vegetables sold out garnelen. no black. no Fajita-Veggies. no salate. Why are you even open?
