Great atmosphere Great food Great customer service. Always fast quick hot and ready. Might be a tad pricey but it is worth it. Always clean never have an issue with finding an empty table with plenty of space. Employees wear masks at all times to disinfect between guests.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, following them as they have moved to different locations. The reason for their success is undoubtedly the incredible quality of their food. Without a doubt, they serve the best Mexican cuisine in Weld County. As a Mexican food enthusiast, I have visited many restaurants across Colorado, but Rancho still remains my top choice.

I ordered the #13 enchilada and tamale combo and it was delicious. It was definitely worth the drive. I pride myself on being a tamale connoisseur and this tamale did not disappoint. It was rich, smoky, and the masa melted in my mouth. The flavor was amazing. I have only tasted a rival to this tamale in the heart of Mexico. I have been to this restaurant four times and have never been disappointed. I will definitely continue to stop in whenever I pass through Greeley.
