It comes in two different options regularly and spicy. All meat is served by the pound. The ribs and sausages are two of the best things you can get. The brisket also comes in two varieties of fat or slim depending on the style and taste. The sweet tea is a taste of Southern Texas that is brought to you. The interior device is like a step into another state. A fun place for the family or just take a bite.

Definitely the best bbq I had in the area. The best was my favorite what I tried.

Rudy is the place to go if you are looking for BBQ and do not want to spend too much money. I recommend her wet brisket, jalapeno sausage and turkey. Your signature Sissy Sauce fits well with your BBQ. As you order at the counter, you get your food right away.

I started going to Rudy when they only had locations in Texas. I used to go to Colorado Springs to get sauce and spices so I'm really glad to see one in Northern Colorado. Try to start the brisket and smoked turkey. But everything is quite brilliant.

Great location. Nice staff. Now we have another location to come to besides Colorado Springs ... I only noticed two table benches for outdoor seating ...
