Contribuisci feedbackWaited 20 min and my order was not yet taken. the journey did not even pass through ethier and they were not packed. sonic as a whole is terrible, but sacred cow at least their competitors are quickly terrible.
I placed an online order and ended up waiting 45 minutes. When my food finally arrived, it was cold, and three items from my order were missing. I ended up eating at home and even found a frozen beetle in my meal. I called to complain, which I rarely do, and they kindly remade my entire order. While I appreciated their efforts to make things right, I still had a lot of food left over. I believe the team needs to improve their communication and attention to detail when it comes to orders. It's great that they tried to rectify the situation, but there are definitely areas that need improvement to better serve their customers. Thank you for your efforts, but things could be much smoother.
Eating is good. maybe even a little better than good. besides the special drinks. ice shake and blow are very watery. a reflexion of greedy business management try to get their bonus for food costs. they are from the onion round wayy too much. this is the status of the complaining. they hardly apply them. a reflection of the lazy management. the gm should take one for the team and do it yourself if no one else wants to. or one of the assistants. but as I said....lazy would get 2 stars if eating was not good and personal friendly
If I can give O-Star or negatiww, I would. just want to make sure everyone will read this review, they won't go to sonic at 10th st greeley. it was the most terrible experience we ever had as a family. we drive through the journey and ordered about $60 worth of food. the lady who commands, blew our orders. when she repeated the order, she did not repeat the sauces and of course no great thing. when we come into the window and get our orders, and they gave us no sauce at all. we ask for the sose and the dame was contesting and giving us attitude and their answer was: "I really need to think about the sose because when they have ordered, they said, no homage, so that I did not give the sose away they did not give us sose when I said, they simply give us the sose I mean and bbq are free. she said she would charge us the buffalo sauce. we said it's good, but also they give us ranch amd bbq, if this free cause, that they don't go us any sauce at all. omg, she continues to fight and she said she talks with the manager and the manager came into the window and starts to scream. all she has to do is tell us that the Buffalo sauce is 74 cent that they want or not? but rather a manager causes a scene that other customers wait and let us say? then I ask my money back, but then she closed the window and hid? about a 64 cent sauce? the most ridiculous behavior as manager and I have no idea how she became manager. for the note this was septemeber 17 5:45 pm . that was ridiculous that it was released safely in social media! the manager must be fired and have an evil mountain when we have children in the car.
Sonics is sonics...like most other fast food restaurants this location is suffering from lack of staff.It took 5 minutes to answer after we pushed the button, then after ordering, our 2 burritos, 2 tots and 2 coffees took about 15 minutes to arrive.Everything was tasty, just slow.It was 15 and change for 2 number 15's with coffee.
