The coffee is enjoyable, but if you choose to order at the walk-up window, you'll be served by the staff. Additionally, our order was mixed up. I'm not sure if the coffee is worth putting up with such poor service.

I absolutely love HB! I consistently receive excellent customer service and really appreciate the variety of sugar-free syrups they offer. It's by far the best coffee spot in the area!

This restaurant needs to reconsider their menu, as there's an excessive amount of sugar in nearly every dish. While the prices are similar to Dieucks, the food consistently tastes better. If they could introduce some refreshing drinks and teas alongside their coffee, and lower their prices, they would be better positioned to compete with DB.
