Chili's Grill - Green Bay

The restaurant offers delicious food served by a welcoming staff. The portion sizes are generous. Our favorites were the vegetarian fajitas and pizza from the kids menu. The service is prompt and the atmosphere is clean. We will definitely be recommending this restaurant to our friends and families.

This was my first experience ordering takeout from this restaurant and it wasn't the best. I initially made a mistake with my order, but it was fixed. However, I had to go inside to pick up and pay for my order as it wasn't ready at the specified time. I was told they would bring it out to my car shortly, but after waiting 10 minutes, I had to go back in and inquire about my order. I ordered the Ancho Chili Salmon, which was just okay. I was hungry so I ate it all, but I noticed that the salmon was different from the last time I had ordered a salmon dish. It used to be a thick piece, but this time it was dry and flat. I probably won't order that dish again.

My husband and I went to the restaurant for a late lunch. The hostess was friendly and seated us promptly. Our server quickly arrived at our table, but did not introduce himself so we did not know his name. He was pleasant, but could have been more enthusiastic. We ordered our drinks right away - I had the blackberry margarita and my husband had a soda. The margarita was tasty but a bit expensive. For our main course, we ordered burgers. I had the southern smokehouse burger which was supposed to come with BBQ sauce, but I did not receive it. My husband had the old timer, both served with fries. The burgers and fries were delicious and generous in size - I was only able to finish half of mine. Despite the server's shortcomings, we plan to give the restaurant another chance in the hope of a better experience next time. I would still recommend the restaurant due to the quality of the food.

It was fairly good, our appetizers came quickly.. seems they could use more help as it got busier it slowed the delivery of the rest of the meal. We are patient so didn't mind
