Cousins Subs - Green Bay

Sub was really good. Friendly service. Will return.

The place could use a refurbish. It’s very old inside and feels dirty even though it looked clean. There was only one employee working so he had to take the orders and then go and make them by himself, so staffing is an issue here too. I double checked my order before I left and a sandwich was incorrect. It was promptly replaced while the staff member profusely apologized. The food wasn’t the best, very flavorless and a bit expensive for what we got. The young man at the counter/kitchen was wonderful.

I've gone to this Cousin's locations so many times the lady who works register recognizes me now! I've never been disappointed in their food and have always had friendly encounters with the woman on register, and the food always comes out quickly!

I've found that the vegetables often taste old, which makes them lack the freshness I look for. Because of this, I don't feel motivated to return.

I haven't visited Cousins in years, and it's certainly not the same Cousin's sub I remember. I had to wait around 10 minutes just to have my order taken, and I was ready to leave before a young staff member finally came out from the back room. In terms of selection, I think Subway offers better value for your money!
