Contribuisci feedbackI ordered the smoky BBQ QPC without tomatoes or lettuce at the restaurant. When I got home, I saw that the ticket on the burger said "plain". I asked the cashier if the sauce would be on it and he said yes. When I picked up my order at the window, I confirmed again if the sauce was included and was told yes. However, the sauce was not on the burger when I got home. I was not happy with the service. I tried calling the restaurant but the line was busy for over an hour.
I stopped at this restaurant for a quick breakfast sandwich. After eating, I went to use the restroom and tried to wash my hands, but the water only trickled from the faucet. This is where the employees wash their hands after using the bathroom, and I felt disgusted. I do not recommend eating at this location! The area manager should get rid of the manager because you cannot properly clean your hands with such low water pressure.

We ordered sandwiches and drove to pay window. A heavy set man opened the window. Hedidnt greet us, his glare was intimidating. We felt uncomfortable. We paid. The male worker stared directly at my daughter. Shewas was truly INTIMIDATED. The employee didnt engage in thanking us or saying anything kind. It was a scary feeling!! We movedto the pick up window. My daughter asked the female employee to speak to the MGR. My daughter tried to explain what justoccurred. The employee stated, Oh thats just how he is, hes just like that. My daughter insisted that she needed to talk to theMgr. The Mgr. came to the pick up window. She visibly had a WALL built up. My daughter reported what occurred. She too madeexcuses for the MALE. She spoke word for word what the young female stated and added, WE RESPECT THAT HES JUST THAT WAY. I toldher, thats NOT good customer service or professional. The female manager began to ARGUE with my daughter. I informed the Manager(NO NAME TAG ON) that the male employee should be retrained or assigned a different position w/in the restaurant. The Mgr. neveroffered an apology nor did she state that she would work w/the male employee. After she inappropriately argued w/my daughter?Icalled her a b*
I just arrived home after picking up the food I ordered from the restaurant, which is half an hour away. I ordered a happy meal for my granddaughter, specifically requesting a cheeseburger with no ketchup, mustard, or onions, two sides of apples instead of fries, and chocolate milk. However, when I got home, I discovered that she had received a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, four pickles, fries, and only one apple. It is unacceptable that the order was incorrect despite my specific instructions. I am extremely disappointed and give the restaurant a zero-star rating with a big thumbs down.
I ordered a vanilla ice cream cone, there was a line of 4 cars in front of me, took about 15 minutes from placing the order to getting it. Service was good, friendly cashiers.
