Sbarro - Green Bay

The food here is quite disappointing. I experienced food poisoning twice after eating here. The first time, I assumed it was just a bad slice of pizza, but then it happened again. I won't be returning to this restaurant. The pizza also looked like it had been sitting out for a while before being warmed up in the oven.

On Sunday at 11:30, all the other restaurants in the area were open and ready to serve, and they had everything I wanted to order. Unfortunately, this restaurant was not willing to serve me, resulting in lost sales to a competitor. I strongly recommend that you review your operating hours to better meet customer demand and stay competitive with nearby establishments.

The girl with blue hair displayed extremely poor customer service. The restaurant opened late, causing customers to wait without any acknowledgment from the staff.

I've been going back to Sbarro before it was in the food court when they had their own place in the mall. I'm glad to say that my children love it now. The service has significantly reduced, but the pizza is still great.

Not only do I love pizza, I also love great service, and with the smiles and welcoming staff is awsome. my food is always hot and fresh. keep up the great work team!!
