Townline Pub Grill - Green Bay

I decided to have my retirement party at Townline and couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. The food was great and we had a blast!

Used to be a spot I would go to all the time. The food is good, I cannot complain about the food but the treatment I received last time from the staff was so out of line that I felt compelled to write something. This is also not concerning the staff in general but rather one disturbed individual. His name is Todd, he said he had been working there for 13 years but during his rant, he lied to me about being a manager, blamed me for my order being wrong and the thing is, I order the same thing every time. I have never had a staff member at an establishment yell at me before, create a scene, this weirdo was beyond rude, I thought the guy was going to try to fight, for real he is crazy. This all happened because of a screwed up order, and I get it, mistakes happen, I used to work in a restaurant, so I know how it goes. I do not blame them for the mistake and again their food is good, but this guy absolutely lost it during a non busy lunch hour. If I worked there, I would be ashamed of him his actions were beyond unreasonable, that individual needs some help and should not be allowed to interact with the public. Please someone who works here call me when Todd is no longer allowed on the premises...

I ordered a BLT that had loads of bacon. There was no tomato on it. The bacon was in small burned pieces. It tasted like I was eating fat. Very disappointed. Given 1/2 off the sandwich.

I feel Townline has lost my business… We used to frequently get take out but last 4-5 times when I call (multiple times waiting a few minutes between) no one answers. Maybe only one of those times someone answered. I never get a busy signal, it just keeps ringing. This last time no one answered I thought maybe it was because they didn’t have a delivery person (even though I was planning to pick it up) and then I was out getting take out from somewhere else and on way home the Townline delivery person was driving right in front of me. Just very disappointing.

My Gluten Free Flatbread pizza was great! You get to pick 2 toppings, (pay for more if u want them). My husband said his calzone was Wonderful. Again, pick 2 topping(inside it).The place was nice! Service was slim(2 people working the floor)but they did their best on St Patricks Day with a craft sale going on. It was busy.We will be going back.
