I had stayed 1 night from the 2nd to the 3rd. The hotels inside was decent, room was a bit out dated. But the biggest issue was when I woke up I was covered in some type of bites. They are all over my chest down to my toes. You will be able to see a from a couple pictures here. I tired to reach out got hung up on 4 times and ignored on the chat feature through their app. As well as being a diamond member this is one of the worst hilton properties I have been to out of the 97 stays this in hilton rooms I don't think I'd revisit this hotel.

Fraudulent charge on card when leaving the hotel they refunded my deposit back to my card without any other notification. a few hours after i left hotel (i was already at the airport) they fraudulently charged my card $6. I called to ask and they said it's because I drank 2 small bottles waters in the room that housekeeping brought to me when I asked in the lobby during my stay , the receptionist said they are complimentary. As part of my hilton honors membership, I've stayed in many hilton hotels (not only the doubletree) and i'm always given a couple of water bottles without charge. this is the first time I get charged for water without my consent. I will contest this fraudulent charge with my card. I also never authorised hotel to keep my card details on file after checkout. the accounting person ofc was no help. i will be disputing this fraudulent charge with my bank

Absolutely gross! Air conditioning sucks. Dirty and we found bed bugs. Do not stay at this place. This hotel should be closed!
