Food is great. Service and atmosphere are fine, I just prefer something else. You won't be disappointed if you show up here. If you're from West Omaha it will probably feel like home.

First time trying this location. The wait time wasn’t bad to get seated, however, it was once we were sat down took 30 plus minutes to get our food. That wasn’t the worst part. Once we received the food, they forgot some of the side portions that come with the meal. One was an English muffin which they told me they were out of bread, not a big issue I ordered fruit instead. When the fruit came it was in a decent size bowl. The waiter came, I had already eaten some of the fruit, told us we she put the order in wrong and took it away and came back with a ketchup sized cup of fruit. They also forgot my side of potatoes as well and gave my friend a bowls of cold potatoes that seemed as they were sat out for a while. I spoke with the manager regarding the issue and they did take half off my meal. Seems like they need better training with customer service. Will not be back to this location. Stick to the Askarben location instead, service is much more better and professional.

Great food, great variety, great people, and great experience.

They were very youthful staff, it seemed, but they provided great service, and food came out promptly after ordering. Had the Desperado, which looks wise, seemed bland, but hit the mark on taste and portion size.

This was my first time to one of my wife’s favorite spots. We walked by the visually pleasing bakery they have next door and I was definitely going to stop bye on our way out. It wasn’t very busy and we had two very nice young middle school kids seat us all the way in the back. Mind you there was plenty of space in the main room. I knew we would be forgotten back there. Shortly after the server gave me direct eye contact, no hello I’ll be with you shortly, didn’t acknowledge me and continued to clear an empty table. One minute later an older lady sits down and she’s immediately greeted by the same server and takes her drink order. I was a server at a 5 star venue, you don’t treat people like this anymore. We walked out. It’s a shame that I’ll never get to taste those beautiful pastries….
