Scooter's Coffee - Green Meadows

BEST and ALL TIME FAV coffee shop! What's not to love! Only complaint is I wish they would stay open late night for us night owls!!Kid-friendliness: I love the new kid size smoothies they offer! Now I can justify getting my son a smoothie too!!

The workers here don't always have full staff and even when they're short staffed they work to make everyones experience good, they still ask how we're doing and they really do care about there customers, I wish all scooters had the workers this one does!Kid-friendliness: This is a kid friendly establishmentWheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible

Girl at the counter was glued to her phone. She took our order while simultaneously texting and never looking up and then when the orders were finished she set the drinks on the counter while still texting and never looking at us. The entire experience was short and involved not even a single moment of eye contact. I am impressed she was able to make the coffees without setting down the phone. That took some talent.Ultimately the whole thing would have been overlooked, cause who cares as long as the coffee was good. But alas, the coffee was not good and everyone's was ridiculously sweet. Maybe she saw a funny post and forgot how many pumps she was putting in.

They were out of cold brew so the cashier suggested a iced americano and it is absolutely disgusting. I can’t believe I paid $5 for coffee just to throw it away

Very poor customer service, four people were working and only one was doing their job. The other three were busy talking to each other and showing each other their phones while I was taking my order.
