I ordered ordered a 6 sub which was all good. My friend ordered a shake. When it was served to him it was about 3/4 full. He asked if she was going to finish it the employee asked what? . My friend said maybe fill it up the rest of the way. She mumbled as she started to scoop more ice cream. That would have been good, except she didn 't use a glove her thimb was touching the ice cream. We left without the shake.
Ordered an online order and was never made when scheduled for pickup. Worker said it wasn’t printed. Terrible. Workers would not stop talking and pausing on making the food.
I used to work at this subway and I almost feel bad even leaving a review like this because the 3 on shift were so sweet to us. Half of the meatballs on my sub were so burnt they were literally crunchy. It was horrible. The store was out of the bread that I originally wanted. I picked another one and they were out of the cheese that I wanted. You can really tell that the employees working tonight although very sweet do not get the training that they are needing. With all of that being said, Nate was great, as were the 2 ladies that were working along side him (I'm not sure what their names were but one of them were new). It really sucks to spend that much money on food and not have something decent to eat at the end of it.
Very poor customer service, let the lady know my first sandwich and let her know I had 2 others to order, she stated that next she needs to know all 3 orders right off the bat, couldn’t cut up the meat for the salad I had ordered just threw the salad in the bowl and didn’t cut up any of the meat. I will not be
