Burger King - Green River

This was the worst experience I've had. I placed a mobile order with the drive-thru pick-up option, but when I arrived, the staff member informed me that the drive-thru was closed. She told me to request a refund and refused to take my order inside. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and completely ruined my day.

The restaurant offered no salads, grilled chicken, or healthy options. After placing our order, the woman at the counter informed us that the items we had selected from the menu were unavailable, and she shot me a dirty look when I commented on the lack of healthy choices. The dining area was closed off at that time, yet there were about ten people waiting, as the service was extremely slow—not only with taking orders but also with serving them. To make matters worse, the drive-thru was also closed! Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place.

To enter the dining room and place an order, a mask was required. Currently, there is no indoor dining available. They didn’t have any French fries, but they offered hash browns as a substitute. I actually preferred the hash browns to the French fries, so it turned out great for me!

The restrooms were clean but were low on paper. The food came out quickly and was made to order and was what one would expect from BK. The service unfortunately at the time was slow but in their defense we did hit at a really busy time of day. They were definitely hopping and trying to push orders. Also since people can't seem to ever make up their minds it's difficult to blame a restraunt for slow service. The help was decent although there was definitely an attitude which could be felt by anyone that was around. It was clear the team wasn't firing on all cylinders but making the best out of a trying situation. Life seems to put is all in the pressure cooker from time to time and it's important to see how we come out on the other side. Do we fold or push through? It's always that simple.

Stopped on New Years ever at 7:30pm. They decided to close early when stated specifically on their door they’re open until 8pm. Don’t believe their hours. They close when they want.
