If you're passing through and need a bite, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting Jacksons Double Decker! The service was perfect, prompt and polite. It had just the right amount of charm that a classic family owned restaurant should. The cook Brody Jackson even came out to say hi and thank us for coming to visit when we complemented his spot. Great experience. Will visit again next time I'm in the area :D

This grilled tenderloin was excellent, earning five stars for its juicy and flavorful pork. However, the breaded tenderloin fell short with its heavy coating overpowering the meat, making it more like a two or three star sandwich. The french fries could have used more time in the fryer, but the onion rings were perfect - thick and crunchy with a delicious coating. Overall, the meal would have been rated four stars, but one point was deducted for the restaurant's use of styrofoam instead of a more environmentally friendly option.

Kristina provided excellent service with a warm and friendly greeting. Despite being quite busy, the entire staff handled the rush well and appeared happy to be there. The quality of the restaurant exceeded expectations.

This restaurant is disappointing. A majority of their meat is deep-fried and none of the chefs wear gloves. They do not use sanitizer buckets or water for cleaning, and they do not use timers for foods that require them. As a full-time single parent working for them, I was fired for needing a change in availability for my son, with no other reason given. The back of the restaurant is not family-friendly, and they need to improve their treatment of employees and handling of situations. The health department should be called as the practices in the kitchen are concerning.
