Great people, I went into the 1 day Brisket Boat Camp had a great time, Eric and his crew do a great job explaining how to do everything from cutting the brisket to it lol

I love going to this place. Very helpful staff. So many products. Can't wait to go to bbq Bootcamp this coming spring!

My daughter picked up the BBQ Boat today for me and the portion size was very generous only to be topped by how deliciously good it was. I already know I want to get this again. 5 STARS
