Contribuisci feedbackEdit: General Manager was amazing she really spoke graciously and I really appreciated her attentiveness. Really made me feel valued as a customer and this is the first time I change a review. Honestly I see why she is the General Manager thank you somuch Kristie! Assistant manager Austin was very unpleasant, rude, and condescending. He kicked me out after asking for a giftcard and said good night after he cancelled my tickets because my sister was not 18. I did not know this theatre had a curfewand was more than happy to have to receive a gift card. He proceeded to give me a cash refund which I did not want. I then askedif it could just be put on a card and he rudely said good night and kicked me out. Austin is very unprofessional, I have noidea why he even works in the customer service industry if he seems like we are a bother to him. I?m 21 so I am young but Idon?t receive the same respect as an older male. Would like to see how he would?ve reacted if I was a grown man. I feltdisrespected and humiliated. Thank you for leaving us with a sour taste and experience.
The food , service,and theatre was excellent. Your staff did a great job. The restrooms were clean even though there was alot of people using them . My wife and I are looking forward to coming back again to see another movie and enjoy the great food andcustomer service.
We’ve had good experiences in the past, but our recent visit was disappointing. We ordered food and drinks online for a 7:45 showing, requesting delivery at 7:40. Unfortunately, our food didn’t arrive until around 8:00, and the drinks never showed up at all. Despite there being plenty of servers around, we ended up having to wait for a quiet moment during the movie to go and get the drinks ourselves. The whole ordering and delivery system seemed very disorganized. It was quite frustrating.
This is a great restaurant, but unfortunately, the service was inconsistent. Our food was delivered to the wrong table and ended up being cold when it finally reached us. My chicken had no sauce and was served cold. When they brought my son's fries, they carelessly dumped them onto the tray and walked away. To top it off, my chair didn’t recline. The service was much better before the pandemic. It’s really disappointing to spend a lot of money and not receive warm food, especially since it was Father's Day.
I arrived at the theater about 25 minutes late for my movie, thinking I could catch it after the previews. To my surprise, I was told that I couldn't buy a ticket because I was late. Seriously? Am I in school? The manager was called, and I finally got my ticket. Next up was getting some popcorn. I was fifth in line, and each person ahead of me seemed to have lengthy orders. I waited patiently for another 20 minutes. There were three staff members at the other end of the counter, one with a broom, all engaged in conversation. Couldn’t someone assist us? Finally, it was my turn. I ordered popcorn and a drink. The attendant instructed me to take my drink and said the popcorn would be delivered to my seat. Another 20 minutes passed, and when the popcorn and drink finally arrived, the popcorn was stale and drenched in a cold, greasy mess. It was honestly the worst popcorn I’ve had in ages. I definitely won't be coming back!
