Cousins Subs - Waukesha

This restaurant offers a great value for their subs and has the best bread out of any sub shop. The quality of their bread sets them apart from other sub shops.

The service at this restaurant was very friendly and accommodating. They prepared my meal exactly the way I wanted it. The atmosphere of the place was pleasant and the food tasted great. I ordered a tuna sub with onions and tomatoes only.

Always a great place for subs. We use the drive thru a lot and order on line for pick up. The staff works hard and do a great job. Always enjoy ordering our subs from there!

I would give this restaurant location 0 stars based on my experience this afternoon. The staff mentioned their staffing shortage, which is a common issue in the food industry right now, and I understand as I work in this industry as well. However, the quality of the products should not be compromised as a result. It seems like the management at this location is either absent or does not provide adequate training to make a quality sandwich. I am very disappointed as Cousins is known in Wisconsin for its famous subs.

We're so used to always getting take out, but we ate inside during this last visit.... my goodness, their food so good when it's fresh.... I mean it's always good but a hot sub right off the grill is tough to beat. We eat here a lot and I can't remember ever having a bad experience.
