Dreadful service, cold eating and they always forget a part of their order worst mcdonald in greeneville

Custmer service seems to be a thing of pastness, but this place has taken bad customer service to a new level. Many are not friendly when they take their order and often, they seem to think, beside conversations with other employees apologise they even look at them when they take their money.

I love the manager karrie! he is the reason why load the money makes it! he knows what he does and he should travel and train all mcdonald’s general store manager!!!?ya karrie

Fish sandwich was good, but the French pommes were old and not completely boiled?

Not sure if the Hot and Fresh quarter pounder patties are still a thing. Ours were not. I will still continue to go but menu choices may be different. Maybe its changed and I just don 't know it.
