Pizza Plus - Greeneville

We live less than ten minutes away and have ordered from this restaurant several times. Their pizza is above average, and the staff at the pickup window are always incredibly friendly. They've definitely earned a loyal customer!

I'm completely frustrated with Pizza Plus. Every time I place an order, something goes wrong. I recently ordered a large pepperoni pan pizza but received a thin crust instead, and it was obviously past its freshness. When I called to inquire about a replacement or refund, I was simply told, "the person you need to speak to isn't available right now." I have the receipt and photo proof. Overall, the service and food quality are very disappointing. Food rating: 1 out of 5.
