Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

If you like chicken then it is a good place to go. Higher quality than KFC and more reasonable prices than Chick-fil-A.

Got a chicken salad. Paid $8.?? for it. Only thing in salad was tomato, lettuce, and a small amount cheese. Didn't find out about it until I drove home 13 miles. Wasn't going back for a chickenless salad. Will not go there again

This location is okay def not the best but the food is usually good. Haven't gone here in a hot minute so got food tonight sounds petty but super annoying when you get home and go to eat and the toast is burnt and dry and the fries legit have not even a spot of seasoning on them which is one of my favorite parts. The chicken wasn't terrible but def didn't seem like it was cooked long enough. I get they were busy but that doesn't excuse lacking on quality especially for the price...

While ordering I forgot to order a meal. Once I realized it I attempted to get the attention on the 3 people working. I knocked on the window, attempted to get their attention. One girl even smirked (never looking directly at me) as I knocked on the window. Finally someone from across the restaurant seen me attempting to get their attention and helped. The initial girl acted as if I was interrupting her when I placed my forgotten meal. Once I received my 2 orders I advised that I needed Zaxbys sauce. Having received 5 meals I was told that if she gave me more than 1 then it would cost me extra! Seriously? The fact is I would have paid the extra amount for the sauce but she immediately closed the window not giving me the opportunity. Horrible service, rude employees and I imagine the manager isn’t much better!

I could eat here three to four times a week. There are almost always fresh and well worth waiting. The employees are always nice and seem to react quickly. The only reason I didn't give him five is sometimes that they are going to command the sayings of forgetting things. You do it right, but it can be anger to have to go back there.
